Our Story

Where we are, and how we got there.

Founded in 1992, Mermisi is a Georgia-based pharmaceutical company focused on oncology, haematology and specialty medicines, with one of the country's broadest specialty portfolios.

We work with international manufacturers across the full commercial lifecycle of a medicine in Georgia: marketing authorisation, reimbursement submission, compliant medical and commercial engagement, GDP-certified distribution, and pharmacovigilance support. Our medicines reach hospitals, clinics and specialist pharmacies nationwide, including our own network located adjacent to major cancer centres.

We support international manufacturers through market entry, registration, reimbursement submission, medical engagement, distribution and long-term commercial operation in Georgia, as a single accountable counterparty rather than four separate vendors.
